- Refunds are applicable only if the request is made within 2 days of the initial payment.
- Services that have already been delivered in full, such as completed consultations, driver scheduling setup, or GPS software installations, are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not provided for partial or ongoing services unless there is a documented issue with the service quality.
Requesting a Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after confirmation.

Conditions for Refund
- Refunds will only be issued in cases where Bobtail Dispatch has failed to deliver the agreed-upon services or where there has been an error in billing.
- Refunds are processed only in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
Non-Refundable Services
- Services involving one-time installations, job scheduling, GPS software setup, and invoice management that have been initiated or completed are not refundable.
- Subscription fees, if any, are only refundable within 3 days of the initial purchase.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after confirmation.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take an additional 3 days to reflect in your account.
